I’m a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor registered with ECMK. I produce Energy Performance Certificates and measured floor plans for estate agents, landlords and homeowners — and I advise on how to improve your energy rating if it isn't where you want it to be.
An EPC is only as good as the evidence behind it. I operate a low-volume model that allows me to spend enough time making sure your rating is as accurate as it can be.
Accredited with ECMK
ECMK is one of the UK’s established accreditation schemes for energy assessors. I am regularly audited against their standards so my EPCs stand up to scrutiny from buyers, tenants and local authorities.

Address, number of bedrooms and whether you are selling, letting, or just interested. I'll get back to you ASAP.

Book a convenient slot
I'll come back to you with a price, and a suggested time for the survey. I may have a few simple questions about the property

Survey of the property
The survey usually takes 1-2 hours for a 3-bed house. I measure, photograph and record every detail that affects the rating.

Documents complete and ready for upload
EPC or floor plan bundle ready for review. I'll be around to answer questions.
Where I work
Based in Yateley and covering the surrounding towns and villages across north-east Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. If you’re slightly further afield, ask anyway — I’ll tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense.
